Fall 2017 Antique Show

We offer lodging for individuals/couples during the Spring/Fall Antique Shows.

The Original Round Top Antiques Fair will open Monday, 9/25, and run through Saturday, 9/30. The Marburger Farm Antique Show will open Tuesday, 9/26, and run through Saturday, 9/30.

Notice that these two shows have moved their dates up ONE WEEK EARLIER than in the past! It seems that most of the other venues are moving up as well, but some are staying with the "traditional" dates and so will be open the week AFTER these two shows have closed. In particular, the Junk Gypsy Prom at Zapp Hall is scheduled for Thursday, October 5th.

Keep in mind that many other venues open earlier ... some as early as the weekend of 9/15-17! There is LOTS of shopping available for the better part of three weeks. You can get additional show date information from the Round Top Chamber.

Antique Show Policies

Current guests are given priority during their stay to "re-up" for the next show, so we will only begin accepting reservations for the Spring 2018 show after the Fall 2017 show.

Antique Show stays have a strict two-night minimum stay requirement. "Orphaned" single nights are only available at the higher rates shown above.

Texas state room occupancy tax (6 %) will be added to the above rates.

We bring breakfast to the Bungalow ... you're welcome to eat on the porch or in your room. In addition, each guest room has a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator for your use.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of $100 (per room) deposit. The balance is due no later than the first of the month before the Antique Show (will be March 1st for the Spring shows and September 1st for the Fall shows). Deposit can be refunded only if cancellation is made before the final balance payment, less a $50 processing fee per room. Unless special arrangements are made, we require a credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa) number to automatically bill the final balance payment on September 1st, 2017.

No refunds will be made for any cancellation/change after the final balance payment.

No early (before 4 PM) check-ins are allowed during Antique Show. Check-out by 11 AM will also be enforced.

A Light Unto My Path is a strictly smoke-free campus (guest rooms, porches and all grounds).

No pets are allowed.

No additional overnight guests beyond the maximum numbers shown above.
